A Portfolio In Your Pocket


We all know that brand creation is important, because it identifies and defines the brand.  Likewise, a brand's business card is also important, as it, often, is responsible for making that first impression. Helping your brand make that first impression is Moo Print Ltd.'s strong suit.  Their products, most specifically the business cards they produce are of unprecedented quality.  Also, Moo offers their customers exclusive options, such as Printfinity (their option to use endless different images on each business card in your order), and unique products and ideas.  As a nature photographer, these options and their high quality, along with the subsequent first and lasting impression made, are major assets for my brand.

However, I had never heard of Moo, until I was doing a promotional blog post.  Once I discovered them, I developed an instant loyalty and won't even consider another company, regardless of any possible price difference.  Now that I've discovered Moo, and their products, I go to them not only for beautiful, quality products, but also for inspiration, as their products inspire the creativity in all of us. The thing is, I had never heard of Moo.  So, how many more amazing artists, photographers, creatives, and business owners out there have not had the pleasure of the 'Moo Experience'?

For this reason, I suggest Moo needs conduct research by surveying existing satisfied customers to find out how they first discovered Moo and, subsequently, what keeps them coming back to Moo for their printing needs.  Further, the survey could ask for ideas of ways to gain Moo more exposure. These surveys can be conducted as part of the order process, similar to a customer satisfaction survey.  The same survey can be conducted via Moo's social media presences, website, and blog.

Moo could then use the results of these surveys to discover additional media channels they may want consider for marketing, which current channels are producing the most response, and which features of their products and design process they want to focus upon and highlight to potential customers.  The idea is to get people introduced to the Moo name and products.  After that, I believe, as they say, the rest will be history!
